Questa informativa spiega come la Transatlantic Harmonic Foundation tratta i dati personali di chi si iscrive per ricevere aggiornamenti e inviti, ai sensi degli articoli 13 e 14 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Quali dati trattiamo

  • dati forniti da te: nome, cognome, ruolo, organizzazione, indirizzo email;
  • dati che documentano il consenso: data e ora della richiesta e della conferma, indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, versione del testo di consenso accettato.

Finalità e base giuridica

Usiamo i dati per inviarti aggiornamenti sulle attività della Fondazione e inviti a eventi e incontri. La base giuridica è il tuo consenso (articolo 6, paragrafo 1, lettera a, del GDPR), confermato tramite il link che ricevi via email. I dati sul consenso servono a dimostrare che l’hai dato (articolo 7 del GDPR).

Conservazione

Le richieste non confermate vengono cancellate dopo 72 ore. I dati degli iscritti sono conservati finché non revochi il consenso.

Chi tratta i dati

I dati sono trattati dal personale autorizzato della Fondazione e conservati sui server del fornitore di hosting del sito, Aruba S.p.A., in Italia. Le email partono dal servizio di posta della Fondazione, Microsoft 365. I fornitori agiscono come responsabili del trattamento. I dati non sono venduti né ceduti a terzi per finalità commerciali.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in ogni momento l’accesso ai tuoi dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento e la portabilità, e puoi revocare il consenso senza conseguenze, scrivendo a segreteria@t-hf.org. La revoca non pregiudica la liceità dei trattamenti già effettuati. Hai inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Il conferimento è facoltativo, ma senza i dati richiesti non possiamo iscriverti al servizio.

This notice explains how the Transatlantic Harmonic Foundation processes the personal data of people who subscribe to receive updates and invitations, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process

  • data you provide: first name, last name, role, organization, email address;
  • data documenting your consent: date and time of the request and of the confirmation, IP address, browser type, version of the consent text accepted.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to send you updates on the Foundation’s activities and invitations to events and meetings. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed through the link you receive by email. The consent data are kept to demonstrate that you gave it (Article 7 GDPR).

Retention

Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 72 hours. Subscribers’ data are kept until you withdraw your consent.

Who processes the data

The data are processed by the Foundation’s authorized staff and stored on the servers of the website’s hosting provider, Aruba S.p.A., in Italy. Emails are sent through the Foundation’s email service, Microsoft 365. Providers act as data processors. The data are not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can withdraw your consent without consequences, by writing to segreteria@t-hf.org. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Providing the data

Providing the data is optional, but without the requested data we cannot subscribe you to the service.
